Karavostasi is located 5 km from Perdika.
It is a beach with fine sand and colored pebbles.
The water is crystal clear, while its color reflects natures green.
Karavostasi is sizable in length and width, you can play beachsoccer, beachvoley, rackets or just enjoy a swim.
If you are not the athletic type, there are (within walking distance) beachbars, where you can enjoy your coffee, your drink and your food.
You can rent umbrellas and deck chairs and order a coffee, soft drink or whatever you want (within reason always frames), without making a step from your lounge chair (lazy!).
Karavostasi has a lifeguard.
Located 5 km from Perdika (same as Karavostasi), Arillas beach is ideal beach for children because the sea depth at 20 meters from the shore does not exceed 100cm.
It has fine sand without stones and is great at length
The water is crystal clear and to the left of the beach there is a small port.
You can rent umbrellas, pedal boats and canoes.
You can find the beach of Agia Paraskevi 10km from Perdika on your way to Sivota.
It stands out from the islet that dominates the center of the beach and makes it the most beautiful beach of Thesprotia.
The water is like in the other beaches crystal clear and usually cold when preceded by bad weather.
The beach has acombination of sand and pebbles and the water deepens sharply.
You can rent umbrellas and deck chairs and order coffee, refreshments, drinks or food without steping away from your lounge chair.
You can also rent bikes and sea canoeing.
In the area there are a couple of restaurants with good food. The beach of Agia Paraskevi has a lifeguard.
The Stavrolimenas beach is located between Karavostasi and Arilla on the way to the Regina hoteland it is a small, quiet and unorganized beach.
It has moderate sand and the water is crystal clear and deepens quite quickly.
To reach the beach you have to leave your car on the road and continue on foot
.If you like quiet Stavrolimenas is your beach.
Mega Drafi beach is located right after Agia Paraskevi on your way to Sivota.
It is a beach with sand and white pebbles
Small quiet beach with cleargreen water,offers a landscape of peace and tranquility.
Sofas beach is the first beach one meets going from Perdika to Agia Paraskevi and Sivota.
It's a lovely beach with sand and pebbles, with turquoise waters where you can camp as there is a well organized camping.
To reach the beach you pass through the camping where you can eat or have your coffee or drink.
Sivota is located 12 km. from our hotel and is one of the main seaside resorts of Epirus, which during the summer attracts many tourists from both Greece and abroad.
It is placed on a small bay where are scattered several islands, the most important of which are Agios Nikolaos and Mavro Oros( Black Mountain).
Main beaches of the area are the Mikri Ammos, Megali Ammos, Bella Vraka, Zavia, Megalo Stafo and Zeri.
An also beautiful beach of Sivota is the pool. ( its name comes from the water because it is like that of the pool).
For going there you need ship / boat (you can simply rent from the small port of Sivota) Another solution is to go by boat that makes trips to beaches and various other places in the area.There are also other several small beaches.
Sivota is a place full of activities: Diving, sailing, sea sports, tours in Paxos
More specifically, you can rent a boat and program a two-day trip on the emerald beaches of Epirus.
Start from Sivota and continue your escape to the cluster of islands, trying to go diving or simply take a swim with a mask in order to admire the wonderful seabed.
In the afternoon you can sail to Paxos, a pleasant route that might have unusual friends, the dolphins of the Ionian Sea.
Parga is a coastal town located 15 km. from our hotel in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Preveza.
Nowadays Parga is the most popular tourist resort in the area.
Nearby are the beaches Kryoneri, Piso Kryoneri (within the village of Parga), Valtos and Sarakiniko to the west, the Lichnos and Ai Giannakis to the east.
Opposite the city there is the picturesque island of Virgin Mary with a church and medieval Venetian and French buildings.
It is built on the outskirts of a Venetian castle and is clearly influenced by the Ionian architecture.
Parga during summer months has a daily connection by ferry with Paxos and Antipaxos. Also connected to Ammoudia, Corfu and Lefkada.
